These items will give every student the opportunity to be the best version of themselves. It will provide them a chance to participate and feel motivated. I teach black and brown kids and the gym is their safe place. It's the one place they run to, but also, I've created an environment that our youth enjoy coming to. I love their excitement, their commitment, and patience to still participate/engage even when we may not have enough for everyone. Yoga mats will increase their flexibility and other activities.The cones with the signs makes it easier to identify what's expected at each station, as well as helping them be independent learners. Help me give them a better experience each day.
