These materials will help our classroom feel like home. The mini fridge will make it possible for my students to have access to snacks such as fruits and vegetables during the day. It is also recommended that the students drink from water bottles rather than the water fountains. This will give them the option of keeping their water cool instead of room temperature. Having the microwave will make it possible for us to heat things up when completing some of our hands-on projects. Having these standing desks allows them flexibility while continuing to stay on task. The Cricut machine will provide opportunities for creative projects such as bulletin boards, labeling items in the classroom for organization and creating materials for vocabulary development. Each item was carefully selected with my Deaf/Hard of Hearing students in mind. Our classroom will benefit greatly from these materials. Please consider donating to our project!
