These items are geared to help reduce stress and improve focus while encouraging a more interactive experience for all my students. The microphone and speakers provide a better audio source, especially when wearing a mask and projecting my voice all day. We've transitioned from sitting in front of a computer all day to being back in the classroom. The chart paper and colorful markers will help get my students working together again. They can answer, write, and create. We are coming from a new Covid world where anxiety runs high. Things like stress balls, fidget toys, and sitting disks helps relieve stress and provides a focal point while sitting at a desk. When paired with the soothing sounds of waves or rain, it can help guide through meditation practices I employ in my classroom. This items will help create calm that changes the entire climate of our environment.
