Thank you for considering my project! I work directly with students with disabilities. These items are designed to work on fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination skills, motor planning skills, gross motor skills, and sensory functioning skills. My students are working on a variety of developmental skills which one area affects the other area. For example, some of my students have tactile aversions to touching messy media such as shave cream, funny foam soap, or therapy putty. I use these items to help them improve their tactile skills which ultimately will help them hold a writing tool one day. Your help with my project will provide me cardstock paper that I can use for cutting/scissor activities. Fine motor toys and items that I requested will be used to strengthen and develop the student's hand musculature. I would be honored if you would sponsor my project!! Thank you so much!
