Fluent reading changes lives, and when my students come to class, they desire to soak up as much knowledge as they possibly can. They are curious about current events and how reading and writing class relates to their lives. It is my pleasure and privilege to teach my students the power of being a lifelong, competent reader and writer. They truly are the future. What they learn in my classroom impacts our nation.
