The students enjoy participating in lessons that involve small-group collaborations that integrate individual ideas with that of a few others in the classroom to create a single project or presentation. With the current seating, students must gather their belongings and move to new locations in the room. This causes unnecessary disruption as well as loss of work time. With the Flex-Space Standing Desk we have selected for the classroom, my students will only need to unlock the casters and roll to meet their teammates! It allows movement of furnishings to change the learning environment and/or meet challenges some students have with traditional furniture.
