Our school, like countless others, was greatly affected by the pandemic. This particular group of students was already at a disadvantage prior to the shutdown. Their lack of access to books pushed them further away from growing a love for reading. It is my wish to give this very deserving group of students a classroom library where they can forget about the stresses of the outside world for awhile. They are one of the most compassionate, caring groups of kids I have ever known. They are great examples of what we all should strive to be.

About my class
