This request is one that will help out a few families with the basic need of clothing. Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, as humans, our physiological needs must be met in order to fully function on a daily basis. This includes air, food, shelter, and CLOTHING. Students who report to school without their basic needs being met are more likely to have attendance issues, more disciplinary referrals, failing grades, and a lack of self-esteem. There's nothing like a new pair of clothes to change the life of a child and ensure a successful school year.

About my class
