I would like to expand my classroom library so that my students have more fun and engaging books to read that range from lower level to higher level books. Every student deserves to have access to materials that are at their level. By donating to this cause, you are helping my students become better readers, gain the confidence they need to become better readers, and are providing a way for them to have access to the world around us without the use of a computer screen. I will use these books as mentor texts to teach reading skills that students are lacking. These books will also be available for students to read during independent reading time. We will also use our new books as a way to give my lower readers more confidence to read.
