MMS is creating a boutique for our students who are in need of various items. We want to be able to provide them with essential needs such as toothpaste, deodorant, clothing, snack foods, school supplies, and much more. These items will be given to our students at no charge as they need. Items that we are in need of to get the boutique running are hangers, storage bins, clothing racks, shelving, label makers, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, cabinets, and various items to organize and supply the boutique. A majority of the student that will utilize our current boutique (which is currently a storage room) are students that are currently homeless, living in shelters, or are our low to mid-income families. Of course, it is welcome to all our student and their families, but just to get more of an idea. We want to make it warm and inviting for the student to come in and get whatever they need and not feel as if they are being given a handout or less fortunate. We want them to be able to feel as if they are shopping independently.
