Many of our students do not know how to prepare and cook food that doesn't come from a packet. We are aiming to teach a paddock to plate philosophy where students will grow and/or source their own food, prepare a menu and cook their own food from scratch. Our students will learn that milk doesn't come from the store, and we need to be sustainable in our approach to farming and food consumption. Please help us achieve our goal to educate our students on where their food comes from and how to prepare meals themselves.
