The yoga mats will be used to provide students with a safe and comfortable space to practice yoga. Right now, my students practice on the ground and it is painful, they are not as willing to buy into our sessions. With a mat, the students will feel comfortable, more successful, and reap all the benefits that come with yoga. The yoga mat will also provide traction for them to successfully transition from pose to pose. My students will have their own space to connect with their breath, body, and mind.
