This project is to help my students attain their athletic goals. This group of students was hit hard with the Covid pandemic and it took a toll on them physically and emotionally. Since last year the students have worked really hard to practice and get back in shape. These items will help me train them properly. Most of these items will enhance their athletic performance for every sport. This will not only help them in soccer, but they will gain the confidence to participate all year long. They have put in the time and effort to accomplish their goal before moving on to high school.
