The chrome books will allow me to reach students using educational technology programs geared strictly toward areas where they need support as evidenced by their beginning of the year assessments. I will be able to create small rotating groups that allow students to receive more personalized instruction with and without direct teacher interaction. The chrome books will allow for rich learning experiences while in the classroom. Students will benefit from the chrome books by using them daily for at least 30 minutes. IReady research shows that by using their educational technology program for a mere 10 minutes a day students will show at least 1 grade level of growth. We plan to use the new chrome books for at least 30 minutes a day.
