Our students have been working on building their expertise as college writers, even as they're 15 or 16 years old. While in the school building, they have access to devices, however, our Early College Scholars do their college coursework on Trinity Washington University's campus. They do not always have access to devices of their own, especially as high-risk scholars, and the District does not always offer access to their technology because they are outside of the school building. They could write their 8-10 page research projects and conduct college level research with these devices, to enable their college dreams!
