My students will be able to take the books home in their book baggies to practice reading. They will get a chance to check out at least 2 books of their choice. This will not only encourage them in wanting to learn to read but it will also help them to complete their reading logs at home as well. Reading making a full man! So I want my students to be not only vested in reading but also to learn how to check books out and read at home as well.
