My students have been through a lot the pass 2 years and with the pandemic and sitting in front of a screen for 8 hours a day at times. The level of fitness was not there for my students. These step blocks will allow me to teach my students how to keep moving and aid in getting control of any weight that was put on doing the pandemic. It's a fun way to keep moving with music and dance without them knowing how much work they are putting into it , and seeing results right away.

About my class
