I am hoping for funding in order to acquire new graphing calculators for my students. I want them to have the best calculators in order to make the most of their experience in my math classroom (geometry and calculus). Their calculators need to be able to show multi-function graphs, evaluate differentiable functions and calculate complex integrals. I don't want them to leave my classroom and head off to college without having seen an integral and derivative on a calculator. We have graphing calculators in our school, but very few have the latest software and upgrades that make them the most functional for the higher-level math classes.
