These books will give my students access to more reading material in our classroom library. Every student is interested and captivated by different topics. These books will reach a lot of those interests, plus they will bring life to our library. I want my students to gravitate towards reading, and my hope is that these books will help with that. Reading is so important in first grade. It is a very vital year in their reading journey. As their teacher, I want to make sure that I am doing everything I can to help my students find a love for reading.
