Having access to movement is extremely beneficial for all students. When learning online, students don't have the same opportunities for movement as they would in a regular classroom. Given a yoga ball to sit on and get the wiggles out during instruction not only is fun, but helps with focusing. It is an essential component of engagement, especially under the conditions of online learning. I have seen the positive effects movement has on students, and I know that having access to this tool would have a positive effect on so many of my students.

About my class
