I would love to give my students an opportunity to be readers again. They all had different educational experiences and many forgot how fun it is to get lost in a good story. I want to re-awaken the love of reading in my students with the books I have requested in this project. My students deserve the opportunity to be supported in their growth. I want them to remember that not all books are "boring." I want them to read for pleasure and to read for academic purposes, but most importantly, I never want them to feel threatened by a book.

About my class
