We want to help our team improve in the game of baseball. Everything in here will be used directly by our athletes to help better themselves in the game of baseball and in overall health. Lake View High School has been very successful with our baseball program and we hope to continue that for years to come. With these materials it will help with giving our athletes a proper way to train, get stronger, play at the best of their abelites, and, most importantly, reduce the risk of injury for our season.
