Student mental health and wellness is so important. Students need an area in the school where they can go to destress and decompress. This flexible seating paired with wellness materials like stress balls, fidgets, puzzles, and lighting will give students this place in their school. Students will also have choice in what will go into the Wellness Corner. Students have been asking their teachers for a place where they can go for a positive SEL experience throughout the day, and we will be providing that to them through this project.

About my class
