As a teacher of an emotional support classroom, my students often come to me to look for an escape from whatever is bothering them emotional, physically, mentally, etc. throughout the day. Having items like these in my classroom will allow my students a chance to decompress from whatever is upsetting them. These kids deserve a chance to unwind and have a good time doing it. I hope that these items with help them do it. Some items will provide an educational experience that is fun and functional, and others will be used as a positive behavior incentive. Play-Doh and LEGO will be used to encourage their creativity. The Marble Run and Crystal Kit will be used for science experiments. Uno cards and fidget toys will be used when they need a break or a time to calm themselves. The Squishy Toys and Ice Cream set will be used as positive behavior rewards.
