All of our athletes' programming is done online. The iPads help them access their programming in the weight room in real time. Without the iPads the students do not have access to what they need. We currently use a device called Vmaxpro. This device allows us to track bar speed and bar path. This has been a valuable tool for our young student athletes.We are able to predict the amount of weight that should be safely put on the bar for the progression. Without the iPads we are unable to use the device for proper and safe progressions.

About my class
