My school has close to no resources for my bilingual students. I constantly search the web and buy my own material for most of my teaching instructions. My kids are so excited and eager to learn everyday and I believe it is partly due to my improvisation. I search endlessly for inexpensive, interactive tools and ways for my students to get material home so they continue and won't lose the instruction they learned during the week. Sending books and tools home would be such a great gift and opportunity for my students!
