The drawing pads, colored pencils, and sharpeners are helpful for my students to get them writing more. Over the Christmas break students will write stories and make pictures to go along with them. Kids need something to do over break and since my students love drawing, I thought I will get them to write something with their drawing as well to help improve writing skills by practicing even when they are on break. The popper bracelets help students that are fidgety to focus better in class. They have become very popular and not all kids can afford to get them. The hats and gloves are to keep them warm especially when they wait outside until the bell rings in the morning to come into the building.
