This program is to create a welcome environment for high school students of all levels in the sport of soccer. High School sport is just for top athletes and most of the kids are left behind. This program will create a fun place for everyone. Also, the benefits which physical activity will bring to the students such as lower body fat, stronger muscles and bones, and increased cardiovascular fitness. They have a much lower risk of becoming overweight or obese. And they can create a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Positive health outcomes are one of the major benefits of youth sports participation. Psychological and social benefits of sport for kids and keep them away from the streets and drugs.
