The tablet is very beneficial for my 1st graders in Physical Education in learning new sports skills, dance and exercise. It will help them listen to dance music and perform exercises accurately through research. The usage of tablet is ubiquitous in the teaching-learning process nowadays. It can be use during dance practices because it is portable and is very easy to use. It is also a big help for my students when they are learning how to play mind games that helps them develop not just physical but also emotional aspects in their learning.
