My project is in collaboration with Ms. Hernandez. We are co-teacher on a small kindergarten campus. Our goal with this project is to revamp our playgroup equipment. Our current playground equipment is old and worn down. Students have limited options on what they can play during recess and lunchtime. This project will benefit 75 TK/kindergarten students. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment for students' first year in school. We want our students to learn and work hard but also have fun. This playgroup equipment will help our students have a fun time but also build gross motor skills and social skills. Playtime will encourage students o continue exploring their interests and build skills they will use in the future. It is an essential tool for establishing confidence, coping abilities, flexibility, and positive interactions with others. We truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
