We are a title 1 school with a full range of students who need a wide range of experiences. This is a K-6 charter school with great kids that are eager to learn new things every day. The Core Knowledge Program is taught at this school,and the art department coordinates with the core classes so that the art projects go along with what is being taught in the main classrooms. Many subjects include pottery, and it is those subjects that the students are missing out on in their art classes as a result of not being able to work with clay in this area. In order to build a stronger art program, pottery start up supplies including clay are needed to help students be on their way.
