Students coming out of the COVID pandemic have been tied up indoors and "quarantined" for far too long and many of them have missed out on the opportunity to make themselves healthier humans. By engaging in physical fitness with the GymNext Flex Timer and Whatafit Pull Up Assist Bands, they will reap health benefits not only physically but mentally as well. They will also develop social skills by participating in groups fitness. According to the following standard, we will be hitting on all aspects of this standard with the use of the materials purchased for this project! 4.12.2 Analyze health and fitness benefits derived from participation in various physical activities
