We will be using these incentives at our school to reward our Tier 2 students when they have reached their goals. We have many incentives and celebrations in place for our entire school population (Tier 1). We have a small percentage of our school (20%) that require extra behavior and emotional support. At our elementary school, we have several members on our Tier 2 behavior team that support each student and their unique needs. We track all students and their data and survey them on incentives they prefer to earn. This way, all students are able to access rewards that are tailored to them and their unique interests.
