We are a non-profit organization, called Forest Hills Robotics League, with the mission to promote STEM to youths in our local community through the participation in the FIRST® robotics programs. The 4 sets of LEGO Spike requested will provide the materials necessary for members of 4 FIRST LEGO League Challenge teams to learn about STEM by building and coding robots to compete in competitions with other teams in NYC. In addition to technical skills, our students also learn about science, research, real world issues, and teamwork as part of our curriculum.
