COVID has had quite an effect on our students. During the last two school years, our students have spent a significant amount of their learning time at home. As a result, they are now less practiced in the traditional classroom setting and feel a need to move more than that format foresees. By providing flexible seating options, I am hoping to improve students' focus on their lessons and thus increase their learning and progress. I would also like to remove some simple learning hurdles: having a pencil, a glue stick, etc. Through this project, I am hoping to better address my 6th grade science standards.

About my class
