I am requesting funding to replace our old Windows 7 Acer classroom computer with an updated touch screen computer with accessories. This new computer will make it possible for me to create and deliver math content step by step visually, both remotely and during in-person learning. The goal is to make the students active participants in their own education. I will be teaching content such as how to analyze and solve linear equations. The touchscreen computer will enable me to model step-by-step instructions and make those instructions available to students at home. It will benefit the students by making math interesting, understandable, and fun. The accessories will include items such as a wireless keyboard, mouse, headset, extension cords, cleaning supplies, and math materials to be purchased through Teachers Pay Teachers.
