My students are growing eighth graders who need to be full in order to learn. Without a snack break during the school day, students get hungry. Although students are eager to learn, they need fuel to energize their minds. Our classroom relies on donations of snacks in order for students to obtain a snack. In order to have healthy, growing minds, students need healthy snacks to continue their academic learning. I am requesting snacks which will help my students maintain a focus on their education, instead of their grumbling bellies.
