Navigating through middle school can be a challenge for anyone, particularly female students. We all know that sports brings people of all race, ethnicity and background together during the most difficult times. Providing female students with learning the game of softball is a great way to combat some of these challenges while also forming a sisterhood that will also transfer to the classroom and everyday life. The basic softball supplies that I'm requesting will be used for skill work and the fundamentals of softball. I'm hoping to receive enough equipment that if a student wanted to practice at home they can without leaving a shortage of supplies for during the day.
