My students desire to be avid readers, but simply don’t know how to become one. Audio books are a fantastic tool for English Language Learners. It increases word exposure while improving vocabulary. ESL students are able to see the beautiful way the English language can be used and applied to story telling. By funding this project, you will help me to create and edit audiobooks using the MacBook Pro , then download them onto each MP3 player. Students will have their own personal reading mentor in the palm of their hand to help guide them while they follow along in the actual book!
