Students will learn how to self-regulate through many of the selected items. These materials will provide students with an opportunity to cope with any challenges they may face in school or at home. Students will use the materials to help control their emotions, make positive life decisions, build their self-esteem, and build good character skills. Students will be incentivized to make improvements to their mindset, build better social relationships, and build their resilience. The goal is for students to work together with their counselor to model appropriate character skills.

About my class
