Not unlike other students around the country, COVID has not benefitted my students. Through this project, I'm hoping to provide more engaging classroom activities and resources to support them in filling their learning gaps. The language and math games are going to help motivate them and make the instruction fun. Students love using individual whiteboards, so I'm planning on using that tool to increase student engagement. My project also includes some fidget toys that are going to help students focus on class, while satisfying their need to be moving. This project is going to help my students meet both their grade-level English and math standards.
