Students in the Kindergarten classrooms need movement at various times throughout the day with COVID the equipment is restricted to just classroom group use which means all recess equipment was divided up between classrooms. Help the classrooms generate greater opportunity for outdoor exploration during their brain break release. Preparing them to enter the classroom for grand learning experiences with a traveling whiteboard that can move where the students can see best. Math manipulatives increase their interaction and mastery of mathematical concepts with visualization of numbers in a variety of ways. Standards are K.CC Counting and Cardinality, A. Know number names and count sequences, B Counting to tell the number of objects and C. Comparing numbers. Students can truly gain in-depth knowledge of skills with mathematics creating a foundation of active learning for years to come.
