As a school psychologist, I may not work with every child every day, but I do frequently work with students who have very big and challenging feelings. These books and resources will give my students tools for handling their most challenging feelings in a fun and productive way. During distance education, students had very limited resources to process their feelings during difficult and rapidly changing times. Covid-19 had a significant impact on my students' ability to process and talk to each other in a respectful way about their feelings. These resources will help me provide instruction and intervention to students who need the most support as we return to in person learning from a year of social and physical distance. Specifically, I feel these resources will support the following standard: Health 1.5.3 Describe various physical, emotional, intellectual differences and how they affect a child's overall well-being.
