A classroom must be able to adapt to all of its young minds. Kindergarten students come in with fresh minds ready to learn through exploration and play, not by sitting still and listening to a teacher talk all day. Giving my students flexible seating options allows for healthy movement that can help them maintain their focus and enhance their education. This is especially great for those students who come in that have never been asked to sit for extended periods of time. Kindergarten sets the stage for the rest of their educational experience so why not give them the tools to build a successful foundation?
