These resources will help our students focus their time on learning by helping us reward them for meeting classroom expectations. Students need extrinsic rewards to help motivate them to maximize their learning time. These resources will also help students focus closely on their learning when they put the headphones on. The headphones decrease the noise distractions in the class for students. Students can sometimes become distracted from their independent learning when the teacher is teaching a small group in the room. These will help them ignore distracting noises and focus.
