Some of our students have a hard time staying focused and keeping their minds in the right place during the school day. Others need to use their bodies and exercise to help them stay on track in class. Even more students need to take a break for a few minutes each day and just stretch their muscles. These boxing materials will allow students to regulate themselves in a variety of ways, from actually swinging at the boxing bag to wearing the weighted gloves, students will get some of the physical input that their bodies need.

About my class
