Highlighters, pencils, markers, and colored sticky notes/paper makes it easier to get standards to ALL students with ALL learning. I have a lot of students who do not even know English so color coding makes all the difference for them. All of those resources will be used for my Reading and Writing standards, as well as being used for Grammar when color coding sentences. The organization tubs will help class run more efficiently to get students ready with their materials in one area. I will also have enough tubs for all table groups to have their own. A lot of social and emotional issues have risen with COVID-19, warming the light down can ease those anxieties.
