Positive behavior plays a large role in the success of our students. Our school's goal through our PBIS program is to promote positive behaviors not only through recognition, but through tangible rewards for their hard word. The snacks, toys, pens, pencils, and technology included in this project will allow the students to choose incentives they want. A reward system encourages social and emotional growth by helping students realize their hard work does not go unnoticed. My goal is to use these incentives to show my students that not only does positive behavior make you feel good and help you do well in school, but it also can earn you some great rewards!

About my class
