Our Kindergarten students have been home for their entire lives. Many of them were unable to go to preschool because of covid. They have been reading books, watching television, and doing home projects all of which require or have color. Then they come to school and we try to teach them to read and teach them their color words, but can only print in black and white. Printing out books and pages in color for students to read is imperative at the younger ages. By having a color printer and ink refills I will be able to continuously provide my students with colorful books and pages to read and keep them engaged in their learning. The other materials: clicker, mailbox, and dry erase pockets will help keep our classroom more organized and allow us to do even more activities to enhance our learning.
