I have students attending class both at home and in the classroom. Their instruction requires the use of technology and digital learning. The scanner is used daily to scan and upload both assignments and instructional materials for students to access digitally. The school computer I have has limited storage and when I attempt to work with my students at home using the online platform, a lot of the functionality suffers and the screen will lock up preventing the transmission of important information. The external hard drive will allow me to transfer a lot of content slowing down my school computer so that there is more memory available and the processor isn't under as much stress giving me more functionality to give the students an improved learning environment. I pre-record all of my lessons in order to differentiate instruction for students. This allows them to take notes at their own pace. It gives them the ability to stop, rewind, replay or even pause the instruction to as for further explanation. The headphones are necessary for them to focus on their individual lesson without disturbing the students around them. The patty paper and the compasses will allow students to practice transformations in class as well as at home. Geometry standard G.CO.A.5
